Many boomers decide to embark on a second career rather than simply retiring.  They do this for the challenge and interest in doing something different or more fun than what we did for most our lives.  Or, financial demands force us to keep on working at something, even our old career but with different objectives, time horizons and priorities.  We’re looking for your expereince embarking on either a second career or continuing on with an old career but in a different role.
