Downsizing a home occurs to us usually after the kids leave and the need for space is much reduced.  Perhaps, you’re sitting on a valued asset that you may want monitized – and use the extra $ to buy a vacation home, to travel or buy that Ferrari you’ve always wanted.  Send us your stories and ideas so we may all share in the benefits of those experiences.
